Program description
Jewful sends text messages to verified mobile numbers about your account, tickets, and events: sign-in verification codes, ticket purchase and claim confirmations, event reminders, schedule, location, and cancellation notices, and updates about pregames you join. Messages are sent under the Jewful brand. Jewful does not send promotional text messages.
Participation is available to U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old and have a supported mobile number.
Consent and enrollment
You enroll by entering your mobile number on Jewful's sign-in page and requesting a verification code. The page states, next to the number field, that by requesting a code you agree to receive these account, ticket, and event texts. Verifying the code confirms the number is yours. By enrolling, you authorize Jewful to send these messages to that number, including messages sent using automated technology.
Texting is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can sign in and buy tickets with an email address instead, and you can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number you provide and are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your sign-ins, tickets, and events. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Jewful does not charge a fee for its text messages.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, network availability, and other factors outside Jewful's control.
Opt out and get help
Reply STOP to any Jewful text to stop receiving texts from Jewful. You may receive one final confirmation message. Reply START to receive texts again. After opting out you can still sign in with an email address, and if you have added one we will send ticket and event messages there.

Privacy and mobile information
Our Privacy Policy explains how Jewful collects, uses, and protects information. Jewful does not sell or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent status with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We disclose this information only to providers that deliver our texts, including messaging platforms and telecommunications carriers. Those providers may process it only to provide services to Jewful or as required by law.
Changes to the program or terms
Jewful may change or discontinue its text messages or update these terms. We will post updated terms here and revise the date above. Your continued participation after an update means the revised terms apply to future messages, subject to applicable law.
